Once his shard is removed Estinien falls silent, trying to focus in what is plainly a use of communion. Yet, his brow only creases with more and more worry as he tries. After about a minute of reaching out, he looks up at Ryunosuke, his expression wide-eyed and confused in a way that seems almost child-like.
