[Havoc has been playing her cards tight to her chest, since the Kenoma had wormed its way into her heart and reactivated her powers, returning the Regressor who begged for death rather than lose her emotions into a cold, rational-minded Contractor once again. It seemed beneficial to play on her weaknesses at first, at least until she got a better idea of this place, and the role she was expected to play in it...
But the invasion has changed things. The most important thing for her to do, now, is to prove herself and her worth to the newest "handler". Securing the Regent's good graces was the most sensible choice, in a city where their word meant all, in a world where they seemed the most likely path to continued existance.
There is a dark, grand spire in Achamoth that overlooks the square below, covered in bright stained glass windows and open-air corridors... one that had been recommended by a certain strategist named Emet-Selch. Perhaps there are better vantage points, but this one has a plethora of exits... and Havoc only needs to see enough to evision the spatial boundaries of a sphere. One that was accompanied by the acrid smell of ozone, the clap of displaced air... and then the writhing, gasping, crumpling destruction of whatever was trapped in what had become a hard vacuum in the space of seconds.
The downside to her need for visibility... is the Lancelnopt Synchrotron radiation. Each time she uses her powers, the neon blue glow lights up her silhouette, the eerie red pulses in the depths of her eyes...
And her position at the top of the spire is betrayed. She moves. Betrays her place again. Moves again... And betrays it again, the wind and the smoke from the courtyard below whipping at her hair and clothing as she leans out over the city, watching the actions below and the sky above from relative safety.
