Lumine understands very little about the rules of this place, the beings and the gods that inhabit it, but that feeling isn't new. She knows what she has to do to get answers; yet the Sanctifier is the closest thing to a god she's seen here. And Lumine has always strove to talk to the divine, knowing full well that they're no better nor no worse than the mortals that they watch over.

So she tries to reach out, to both the man and what isn't man. What happens after? A pause, and Lumine tries to put more of her thoughts in order. For you and for us, long term. Not short term, just this fight. No, Lumine is aware that there is more than just two lives at stake, even if she doesn't particularly want to be involved in another conflict just because she's available, unique, or whatever she is to the people here.
