When Kaeya regains full clarity, he is left looking at his hands, as if he'd managed to do something he wasn't supposed to. There's a split-second where he finds himself looking around in search of the crystalflies, and when he finds none, he realizes what has happened. Not that he has a full idea of what went down but it can't be good either way.

For a while, he has nothing to say. He tries his best to keep his breathing steady. Of course, he knows that Emet-Selch probably has questions so he can't remain silent forever.
