[ lumine's been going in and out of the public library she's decided to target with the group, lingering a little later than most people inside up until it closes for the evening. it gives her an idea of how well it's secured, how many people are guarding it late in the day, and if there are still staff staying in for the evening. not a lot, it seems, and she supposes it's because of the recent incident in the city. people are still wary of staying in groups, uncertain of so many things.

still, as much as she feels bad about the city still shambling back to its feet, this is the best time to do this. with most people focusing on returning to their normal lives, surely they'll turn a blind eye to recreational activity for now, right? right.

she walks over to the two guys where they agreed to meet up, giving them a slight wave and a smile. no need to be too inconspicuous, she thinks, when no one seems to remember her during their first trip to venera. and dressing up oddly too would simply catch their attention. ]

It looks like we'll have to do this in the evening. There are fewer guards late in the afternoon, which means even less if it's nighttime.

[ she glances at ryu with an apologetic smile. ] ... Sorry if I didn't mention that this is a, uh, break-in of sorts. I didn't know if you'd still agree if I did.

[Ryunosuke is far, far less at ease. Even if the city hasn't completely recovered yet, there's still 100% more of the Horosian equivalent of Cops hanging around than there was before, now that the illness has cleared. If they get pegged for Pleroma they'll be in BIG trouble, which is already bad enough; now they're talking about doing something illegal on top of that?]

What I don't understand is why we need to break in to a public building in the first place... What exactly are you hoping to find in there that we can't simply access during normal hours?
